WebCamSaver knows the time zone for most of the webcams in it's database. As well as displaying the local time for each webcam you can also choose to restrict viewing hours so you only see cams where it's currently daytime (or nighttime, or lunchtime...).

The automatic update feature downloads the latest list of webcams from Catfood Software every week. You can disable automatic updates (for instance if you just want to display your own selection of custom locations).
