Catfood Quote - Get Services

You can download services from the list below. If a service is not available for the exchange that you want to use submit a support incident and we'll work in providing services for the most popular requests.

Alternatively you can download all current services in a single zip file (if you can't open zip files we recommend WinZip).

If you're familiar with HTML you can also create your own service using the Catfood Quote Service Editor.

Download the service to your services folder - by default this is the folder where Catfood Quote is installed (i.e. C:\Program Files\Catfood Software\Catfood Quote). To make the services available either exit and restart Catfood Quote or click Update in the Services dialog.

Once you have installed a service Catfood Quote will automatically download and install updated versions of the service.

lse.cqs	2^*	London Stock Exchange	The LSE service will not work until you have logged on to the LSE web site and searched for a stock quote.
lse-sedol.cqs	2^*	London Stock Exchange (SEDOL)	Some stocks are not uniquely identified by their symbol on the LSE. These stocks can be accessed using their Stock Exchange Daily Official List (SEDOL) number. You can find this number by searching for the stock on the LSE web site. The LSE-SEDOL service will not work until you have logged on to the LSE web site and searched for a stock quote.

Currency Exchange Rate Services

Provided by a lot of organics, the UK organic search engine.

yahoo-aud.cqs	1	Australian Dollar (AUD)	To use the exchange rate services download the currency service that you want to convert from and enter the currency that you want to convert to as the symbol. For example to translate from Dollars to Pounds use the US Dollar service and enter GBP as the symbol.
