Catfood Desktate can be configured to fix a time or a location in the center of the screen. In this example the map is fixed to zero degrees longitude (the prime meridian) and the terminator between day and night will sweep left across the screen throughout the day. This image also shows the alternate daytime satellite image included with Desktate and the option to stretch the image so that the entire world is always visible.
